How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping time can vary, however we aim to get your orders to you within 4-6 working days. Please note that unfortunately there can be delays due to mail services, which is out of our hands. For this we appreciate your patience.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not offer international shipping, only UK-based. We sincerely hope that international shipping will be offered within the coming months.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you must contact us requesting a refund or return within 14 days of receiving your item. Refunds are only eligible in the case of damaged and/or defective goods, while returns are eligible only if the wrong item was initially sent. For your returning item to be accepted it much be sent back in the same condition, unopened wrapping and without damage.
